Delivery & Returns

All orders with an order value of less than £12 are sent via royal mail post. Orders with an order value over £12 are sent via courier. Orders sent via royal mail are sent via royal mail second class post. Orders sent via courier are sent through a reputable 48hr courier service. 

Note that for Royal mail orders, we can send throughout the UK at the same cost. For orders that need to be sent via courier, we can only send to mainland UK at the advertised price. Mainland UK comprises of zones A and B in the map below


Please email us for a quote on courier delivery to zones C, D & E, Scottish HighlandsNorthern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scilly Isles, Isle Of Wight & Channel Islands (see map above).

We endavour to dispatch all orders placed by 11am on the same day. Note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched from our premesis on the following Monday. If you contact us outside working hours, we will respond as soon as we are back in the office.

Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide as the delivery address on your paypal payment. We are unable to accept change of addresses over email. but paypal does allow you to change your delivery address when making payment.

Payments: Payment is accepted via paypal only. All prices are include of VAT - You can allways download your invoice by login to your account. 

In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 5 days from the date of your order before contacting us at or by post at the normal address (see our contact page), in case delivery has been delayed.

In the unlikely event that a product is defective on delivery or damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP - sign for goods as Unchecked or reject the delivery contact us at within 7 days of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged other than as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, you may arrange for its return to us in accordance with our Returns Policy and we will either:
(a) repair or replace the product, or part of it; or 
(b) refund the purchase price and cost of return postage at your discretion.

If the product is not found to be faulty then these costs will pass back to you and you may be refunded for the product less, not less than 5 GBP , or more than 30 GBP and usually 10% of the value of the goods + VAT where appropriate.

If you return an item for repair or replacement and you subsequently abandon the item - ownership of the item will revert to Airsat - if you refuse or forget to pay where appropriate for the goods to be returned then a charge will be made for storage of your item equal to 10% of it's value starting 3 weeks after we contact you - this charge will rise by a further 10% of the value for each subsequent week therefore after 3 weeks and 10 weeks (13 weeks total) have passed the items ownership will revert to Airsat if still unpaid and we will dispose of your item as we see fit.
